The work at this property required a complete overhaul and refurbishment. There were also structural issues at the back of the property, which involved a previous owner’s extension that had been constructed poorly.
Our clients asked us to re model the house so that the ground floor was fully open planned, construct a rear extension with byfolding doors and a large roof lantern, plus construct a small extension to the front to create a storage room.
