Yes, we have payment schedules in place. Once you have accepted our quotation and advised us that you want us to carry out the work, we will put together a payment schedule, suited to your job, for your perusal. Your job will have its own job reference number and we will send you an invoice when each payment is required. Most of our customers make payments via bacs, so that there are records of all payments made.

Yes of course, we always keep our customers properties very clean, however we take extra care and precautions when young children are living in the property. We will always advise you of what we are planning to do, and when, so that you have time to prepare rooms. We will strive to make sure that our building work causes minimal discomfort to your family. If needed, we can also provide you with a storage facility during the work so that your belongings can be stored in a clean, safe environment.

It all depends on the job and our timescales. If you would prefer that we didn't work at weekends then that is fine with us. If however the job needs to be completed as quickly as possible, then our guys will work during the weekend to get the job finished.

We will be more than happy to come round and help. We can assess your property and let you know the best place for the stairs to go and can also give you a quote for your loft conversion at the same time.
